Hollis Hills Farm was started in 2009 by Jim and Allison Lattanzi. It started with a small flock of chickens, soon adding a few pigs bought at a pig scramble at the county fair and finally adding some beef cows. In March of 2014, Jim and Allison bought the farm of their dreams; the beautiful, historic, 100 acre Marshall Farm in Fitchburg. With this purchase the chance to share their passion for small scale diversified agriculture came to life. Jim and Allison invite you to come visit their working farm, pick some apples, take a hay ride, pick some pumpkins, or join for breakfast during maple sugaring season. Hollis Hills Farm is a place your whole family will love wanting to return to time and again.
