Based on double occupancy. Each room can accommodate a rollaway bed. Additional person $30.00. Rates include a full New England breakfast. Complimentary coffee, tea, bottled beverages including wine and beer, and snacks are available anytime. We do not charge sales tax.

Cancellations: 10 day advance cancellation notice required, less a $15.00 handling fee. With less notice we will refund only if we are able to re-book the room, less the handling fee.

Breakfast: At the Maguire House our guests enjoy a full New England breakfast. We serve freshly baked specialty breads, muffins, or scones, seasonal fruit,homemade granola, and a choice of eggs, waffles, pancakes, or French toast. For beverages we offer coffee, assorted teas, juices, milk, and water.

Smoking: We are a smoke free bed and breakfast.

Pets: Sorry, pets are not allowed

Children: Children over 8 are welcome. Some exceptions can be made to accommodate guests with younger children. Please call for details.

From Rt. 2:

• Take the Rt. 31 exit, number 28, towards Fitchburg/Princeton.
• Keep right at the fork in the ramp.
• Merge onto Rt. 31.
• Rt. 31 becomes Rt. 31/Rt. 2A.
• Turn sharp left onto Rt. 12.
• Stay straight on Rt. 12 for six miles through Ashburnham center.
• Turn right onto High St.
• High St. becomes Lake Rd. At fork bear right onto Cobb Rd. We are #30, the last house on the right, a white colonial set back from the road.
